Where a standard off-the-shelf solution is not suitable for a particular application, Modulift’s design engineers can design & build special purpose 'below the hook' lifting & handling equipment to provide solutions for a range of lifting requirements. Solutions can be single purpose, or multi-purpose to allow flexibility and cost optimisation. e.g. a lifting beam can be designed to be either adjustable in length, or a fixed length.

	Below is an example of a lift that required two rows of 8 equi-spaced lifting points, used as part of an aircraft recovery kit. The rig design incorporates 90 degree clevis links and delta plates to cater for likely scenarios with the load being un-level.		Below is a custom designed semi-spreader that is used to lift long, light wind turbine blades. It can also be re-assembled as a Mod 250 standard spreader, by changing the end pieces for end units and drop links. This spreader assembly is rated at WLL:12 tonnes at 24m span.
